📅 Booking Appointments

• All appointments must be booked online at DlashaStylez.com.

• Please ensure you select the correct service when booking.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total balance.

🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in loss of deposit.

• No-call/no-shows will result in a full-service charge and may lead to being blocked from future bookings.

⏰ Late Policy

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

• If you’re running late, please communicate as soon as possible.

💳 Payments

• Remaining balance must be paid in cash, Cash App, or Zelle (adjust to your methods).

• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

💆‍♀️ Client Preparation

• Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free, unless your service includes a wash.

• Failure to follow prep instructions may result in an additional fee or service cancellation.

👩‍🔧 Respect & Professionalism

• Please come alone unless your service allows guests.

• Be respectful of time, space, and other clients.

• D. Lasha Stylez reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
