Your appointment is very important to me, and I hold your appointments just as you ask. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please give me a 24hr notice .

Things happen, I know !!! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day and delay me from other schedule appointments. ALL clients will be allowed a 15 minute grace period , after 15 minutes of being late your appointment is canceled and your deposit is lost!
